It depends on the size and condition of your home. We give you a time estimate when we quote so you know what to expect. We always prioritise doing the job properly over rushing to finish.
Can I change my cleaning day or frequency?+
Yes. Let us know in advance and we will adjust your schedule. If you need to skip a visit or move to a different day, we will accommodate where possible.
Do I need to be home during the clean?+
Not necessarily. Access and lock-up instructions can be agreed before service begins, including keys or a key-safe code where suitable.
What if I am not happy with a clean?+
Let us know by text, email, or phone and provide details or photos of the area. We review it against the agreed scope and applicable service agreement, then coordinate the appropriate next step where eligible.
Are your products safe for my home?+
Yes. We use eco-conscious products that are safe around pets and family members. If you have specific requirements such as scent-free or hypoallergenic products, let us know and we will accommodate from your first visit.
