Our products are sourced from professional cleaning suppliers. They clean effectively without leaving residue, film, or damage on your surfaces.
Gentle on stone, timber, and delicate finishes
No acidic or abrasive formulas in our standard kit. Suitable for marble, granite, engineered stone, and other sensitive materials.
Adjustable if you have sensitivities
Let us know at the quote call and we will adjust the kit. Fragrance-free options, hypoallergenic alternatives, or we are happy to use your own products if you prefer.
A cloth used in a bathroom never enters your kitchen.
Every cleaner on our team carries four colours of microfibre cloth. Each colour has one job, and that cloth doesn't cross into another room. The bottles are labelled to match, so mistakes are hard to make even on a fast visit.
How we take care of your floors
Wet mop, then dry
Hard floors are mopped with a fresh mop head and the appropriate cleaning solution, then followed with a dry microfibre pass to pick up any remaining moisture and leave the surface clean and streak-free.
Thorough, not rushed
We vacuum all hard floors and carpeted areas as part of the standard clean. The approach is adjusted depending on the surface, and we take extra care around edges, under furniture, and in areas that tend to collect dust.
Every cloth that arrives at your home starts fresh
Used microfibre is returned to our washroom at the end of every day and washed at high temperature. We use a detergent designed specifically for microfibre to maintain the cloth quality over time. Nothing used in one home carries over to the next.

Are your products safe around pets and family members?−
Yes. Everything we use is eco-friendly and safe around pets, family members, and anyone with sensitivities. If you have a specific concern, let us know at the quote call and we will adjust the kit accordingly.
Can I use my own products instead?+
Yes. Some households prefer a specific brand and we are happy to use yours. Our cloth system, methods, and microfibre laundering stay the same either way.
What if I need something stronger for a specific job?+
Heavy soap scum, mould, or oven build-up occasionally needs a stronger product. We carry more concentrated options for those situations and will always check with you before using anything outside the standard range.
Do you bring everything, or do I need to supply anything?+
We bring everything: products, cloths, mops, and vacuum. The only things we need from you are access to your home, whether that is a key, key-safe code, or someone to let us in.
