“We hadn't had a proper clean in over a year. They spent six hours and the house looked like we'd just moved in. The inside of the oven alone was worth the money.”
One-off deep cleaning, done properly
A thorough, single-visit clean for homes that need a reset. No ongoing commitment, no subscription. Just one visit, done well.

Six reasons people call us for a one-off clean
Moving into a new home
Start with a properly cleaned space before unpacking. We prepare the home so everything feels fresh, comfortable, and ready to live in.
Things have fallen behind
Life gets busy. A detailed clean helps bring the home back under control without the stress of trying to catch up yourself.
Before guests arrive
A proper whole-home clean before family, visitors, or events — including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and shared living areas.
After renovation or building work
Construction dust settles everywhere. We clean surfaces, floors, and detailed areas to help make the home feel liveable again.
Seasonal reset
A deeper clean at the change of season to refresh the home, clear built-up dust, and take care of the areas regular cleaning often misses.
You only need one visit
Not every household wants ongoing cleaning. Sometimes one well-done visit is all that’s needed.

What our clients have said
“Booked a deep clean before Christmas. They moved furniture, cleaned behind the fridge, and got into every corner of the bathroom. We didn't even know the grout was supposed to be white.”
“We'd just finished a kitchen renovation and there was fine dust on everything. They cleaned the whole house in one visit and it was actually liveable again by the evening.”
“Moved into a rental that clearly wasn't cleaned before handover. ELM had it sorted in a day. Every surface, every cupboard, every window track.”
“I booked a spring clean expecting the basics. They cleaned inside the rangehood, wiped down all the skirting boards, and even got the cobwebs I'd been ignoring for months.”
“The team was thorough and professional. They asked what mattered most to us before starting and worked through the house methodically. No cutting corners.”
What people ask before booking a deep clean
How long does a deep clean take?−
A standard 2-bedroom apartment takes 4 to 5 hours. A 3-bedroom house is usually 5 to 7 hours. Larger homes or homes in poor condition may take longer, which we confirm at the quote stage.
Do you move furniture?+
We clean behind and under furniture that can be safely moved by our team, such as beds, sofas, and side tables. We don't move heavy items like pianos or fully loaded bookshelves, but we'll clean around and under them as far as we can reach.
Is this the same as an end-of-lease clean?+
Similar scope, different purpose. An end-of-lease clean is driven by an agent's inspection checklist and includes a signed completion document. A deep clean is driven by your priorities and doesn't require agent documentation. If you're moving out, our end-of-lease service is the better fit.
What products do you use?+
Professional-grade, eco-friendly products that are safe for kids, pets, and allergies. We bring everything. If you have specific sensitivities, let us know and we'll adjust.
Can I book a deep clean and then switch to regular cleaning?+
Yes. Many of our regular clients started with a one-off deep clean. Once the home is reset, it's easier and cheaper to maintain with a regular schedule. We can quote both at the same time.
Do I need to be home?+
No. Most clients leave a key or key-safe code. We lock up when we're done and email you a visit summary so you know exactly what was covered.
