Can you start on short notice?−
Usually within two weeks for a standard office scope. We walk through the site first and will not quote from a floor plan alone. For urgent starts, we can often cover the first fortnight with supervision while your regular cleaner is onboarded.
Do you have insurance?+
Yes. We carry $20 million public liability and full workers' compensation cover. Certificates of Currency are available on request and refreshed each July.
Can you clean outside business hours?+
Yes. Most commercial clients prefer cleaning before opening, after closing, or during quieter operating hours. We agree on access, alarm instructions, and site requirements before the first visit so the routine can run without disrupting the business.
What if something goes wrong overnight?+
Our after-hours supervisor is on call whenever we have overnight work scheduled. If a cleaner cannot reach the site, access fails, or something needs attention, we communicate as early as possible. Standard missed items fall under our 24-hour re-clean policy at no charge.
We are in a building with shared access and loading dock rules. Is that fine?+
Yes. Share the building manager's details and we will handle induction, dock bookings, access instructions, and site requirements. We already work across shared and managed buildings in Melbourne.
Do we need to manage the cleaner directly?+
No. We document the scope, brief the cleaner, manage scheduling, and handle any updates through ELM. Your team should not need to explain the same things each visit or manage small operational details.
We also provide regular home cleaning and one-off deep cleans for businesses that need both workplace and post-event cleaning.
