How we put together your quote
How it works
Quoted around your home
We look at your property size, what's involved, and how often you'd like us. You get a per-visit price before we start.

Included as standard
Kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas every visit
Surfaces, floors, fixtures, and high-touch points. The same scope, every time.
Same cleaner where we can
Continuity matters. We keep you with the same person where the schedule allows.
Products and equipment supplied
We bring everything. You don't need to stock anything.
Lower per-visit rate on recurring schedules
Weekly and fortnightly bookings are priced lower per visit than one-offs.
Five things we consider when quoting
Property size
Number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and total floor area. Larger homes take longer.
Frequency
Weekly and fortnightly schedules are priced lower per visit than one-offs.
Current condition
A well-maintained home takes less time than one that hasn't been cleaned in months.
Access arrangements
Key-safe access is simplest. If we need to work around your schedule, we accommodate that.
Service type
A regular fortnightly clean is different from an end-of-lease or deep clean. We scope each one separately.
What every visit includes
Standard on every service, every visit. Built into the quote.
See our full approach →Common questions about how we charge
How do you actually price a job?−
We quote per property rather than from a fixed price list. We look at your home or site, the scope of work, and how often you'd like us. You get a per-visit price before we start.
Will my price change after the first clean?+
Only if the scope changes or you move from a one-off to a regular schedule, in which case the per-visit rate is typically lower. We don't change prices without telling you first.
How does NDIS billing work?+
We bill at the published NDIS price guide rate for your support category. NDIA-managed, plan-managed, and self-managed participants are all supported. We'll walk you through how the hours work on the call.
Do you charge more for weekends or after-hours?+
Daytime weekday work runs at standard rates. Weekend and after-hours work is quoted on request so you can see the difference before you book.
Are there cancellation fees?+
Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice are free. Same-day cancellations may attract a fee, which we'll outline in your service agreement.
Why don't you publish prices on the site?+
Because the right number depends on your property. A fixed price list would be inaccurate for most homes. Quoting per property means you get a real number, not an estimate that changes once we walk in.
