What families have said

“Mum looks forward to her cleaner's visits. She knows where everything goes and never rushes. That consistency matters more than anything when routine is someone's anchor.”

“Dad came home from hospital and the house was spotless. Fresh sheets, clean kitchen, everything in order. It made his first night back so much easier for everyone.”

“We tried a few services before finding ELM. The difference is they actually communicate. If something changes, they let us know before it becomes a problem.”

The things families usually ask first

Can I meet the cleaner before the first visit?−

Yes. We arrange an introduction visit so the cleaner can meet the client, understand the home, and build familiarity before any cleaning begins.

What if my parent doesn't want a stranger in the house?+

We hear this often. We start with a short introduction visit so your parent can meet the cleaner first. From there, the same person comes each time. Trust builds when the face stays the same.

Are your products safe around medications and medical equipment?+

Yes. We use eco-friendly products that are safe around medications and medical equipment. If you need scent-free or hypoallergenic products, let us know and we'll use them from the first visit.

Can I get a summary of each visit?+

Yes. A written summary is emailed after every visit covering what was done and anything we noticed. It can be forwarded to family or care teams.

Do you work with NDIS or aged care packages?+

We work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, as well as Home Care Package providers. How invoicing works depends on your arrangement, and we can walk you through it on a call.
