“I've been with Elm Cleaning Bayside for over seven years now. The team have always been amazing. It's the little things they do that make the big difference. Being a wheelchair user there are certain cleaning tasks that I can't do, so when the team are here it makes life that bit easier.”

What families have said
“We had used another cleaning service last year and stopped because we were unhappy with the constantly-changing cleaning team. My wife said she would do the cleaning herself, and she didn't want strangers in the house. We are over 60, and Elm has been wonderful.”
“I have been using Elm cleaning over the last 6+ months and have found them to be responsive and timely in their comms, very easy to deal with and accommodating of my requests. I have mostly had Janine clean my house and her attention to detail is excellent.”
The things families usually ask first
Can I meet the cleaner before the first visit?−
Tell us if an introduction is important when requesting a quote. We will confirm what the current team and schedule can accommodate.
What if my parent doesn't want a stranger in the house?+
We aim for familiar faces wherever we can and keep the person's preferences clear in the agreed scope. Team availability can change, so we do not promise one person for every visit.
Are your products safe around medications and medical equipment?+
Tell us about medications, equipment, allergies, or product sensitivities before service begins. We will confirm the scope, exclusions, and any client-supplied product requirements.
Can a family member be a service contact?+
Yes. With the client's agreement, a family member or care contact can be nominated for service changes, invoicing questions, and updates that need follow-up.
Do you work with NDIS or aged care packages?+
We work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, as well as Home Care Package providers. How invoicing works depends on your arrangement, and we can walk you through it on a call.
