Floor-to-ceiling glass, balconies and open-plan kitchens can all feature in a Docklands apartment. Mirrors and window tracks are included in the Vacate Clean, while window glass, inside or out, and balconies are confirmed separately.

On event days at Marvel Stadium, traffic and parking around Docklands can be busier, so let us know your preferred dates and any car space or loading bay we can use. Share lift booking times and building entry details too.
A clearer handover
If your property manager has sent an exit checklist, forward it with the building's move-out rules. We'll confirm the items the Vacate Clean includes and flag anything, such as balcony or window glass cleaning, that needs its own quote.
What the Vacate Clean covers
Our Vacate Clean covers kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, storage, the entrance and floors, with the oven included in every clean and cupboards cleaned inside once the property is empty. Carpet steam cleaning, window glass and walls are quoted separately. Prices range from $300 to $800 or more by property size, including GST. See the price ranges. Balconies are outdoor areas, so they're not part of the standard Vacate Clean. Tell us about the balcony when you request a quote and we'll confirm whether its cleaning can be added.
Can you work around a high-rise building's move-out rules?+
Yes. Share the lift booking, loading bay and sign-in process when you request a quote, and we'll plan the visit around them where we can. Bookings run Monday to Friday during business hours.
