What the Vacate Clean covers
Our Vacate Clean covers kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, storage, the entrance and floors, with the oven included in every clean and cupboards cleaned inside once the property is empty. Carpet steam cleaning, window glass and walls are quoted separately. Prices range from $300 to $800 or more by property size, including GST. See the price ranges. Do you handle high-rise building access and lift bookings?−
Yes. Southbank towers can require advance lift bookings, concierge sign-in or specific service-entry access. Tell us your building's process at booking and we will arrange the visit around it.
Can you clean floor-to-ceiling glass and balconies?+
Window glass cleaning is quoted separately. Tell ELM about any balcony when enquiring; the property-specific quote must explicitly confirm whether balcony surface cleaning is included.
What if my building restricts cleaning to certain hours?+
Building rules can restrict cleaning hours and access points. Share the requirements when requesting a quote so the access plan and available schedule can be confirmed.
