What the Vacate Clean covers

Do you clean balconies and outdoor areas?+
Outdoor courtyards and garages are not part of the standard Vacate Clean. Tell ELM about any balcony when enquiring; the property-specific quote must explicitly confirm whether balcony surface cleaning is included.
