Our Vacate Clean covers kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, storage, the entrance and floors, with the oven included in every clean and cupboards cleaned inside once the property is empty. Carpet steam cleaning, window glass and walls are quoted separately. Prices range from $300 to $800 or more by property size, including GST. See the price ranges. What if the property is in worse condition than expected?−
We quote based on a description at booking. If we arrive and the condition is materially different, we will call you before starting so we can agree on a revised scope and price.
Can you handle older bathrooms and kitchens?+
Yes. Older bathrooms and kitchens can need more time on grout, tiles and behind appliances. We allow for the extra time when quoting properties of this era.
Do you price share houses differently?+
Share houses are quoted on scope and condition, not bedroom count alone. The condition of the kitchen and common areas can be the biggest factor. We confirm pricing with you by email or phone before booking.
How far in advance should I book?+
Share your preferred day and time as early as practical. ELM confirms availability against the property scope and current schedule before the booking is accepted.
