Tell ELM about cornicing, fireplaces, leadlight, or another delicate feature before quoting. The material, condition, safe access, and suitable method are assessed before any work is included.
What about original tiling in bathrooms and hallways?+
Original tiling is cleaned with care, and our standard kit has no acidic or abrasive formulas. We do not try to bleach old grout back to white if doing so risks the tiling itself.
