If the agent isn't satisfied, we come back.

Terms and conditions apply.
From quote to signed checklist in four steps.
Tell us the property
Suburb, number of rooms, and your move-out date. We quote within a few hours.
We confirm the scope
A quick call to confirm exactly what the agent expects. If you have a specific checklist from your property manager, we work from that.
We clean to inspection standard
Our team arrives on the agreed day with all products and equipment. Most properties take 4 to 8 hours depending on size and condition.
You get the signed checklist
A room-by-room record of everything that was cleaned, signed by the lead cleaner. You hand it to the agent at the inspection.
Transparent pricing, no surprises on the day.
These are guide ranges for standard end-of-lease cleans. The final quote depends on the size of the property, its current condition, and any extras like carpet steam cleaning or window washing. We confirm the exact price before any work starts.
Bond cleaning in Melbourne, explained.
Bond cleaning and end of lease cleaning are the same service in Melbourne. Both refer to the deep clean a tenant arranges before the final inspection so the property manager signs off and the bond is returned. Some agents call it vacate cleaning or move-out cleaning. The scope is the same.
We clean to the standard your agent inspects against, leave a signed checklist as proof, and return inside 24 hours at no charge if anything from our checklist was missed.
What tenants have said
“This company were fantastic to deal with. From my first email enquiry the customer service has been amazing. Ella was really accommodating and was super flexible to work around our availability and the actual cleaning process was top notch! Couldn't recommend them enough.”
“Camila was very personable, professional, thorough and efficient. 5 stars from me!”
Everything tenants ask before booking.
How far in advance should I book?−
We recommend at least a week before your move-out date, but we can often accommodate shorter notice. End-of-lease cleans are high demand around the end of each month, so earlier is better.
What if my agent has their own checklist?+
Send it through when you book. We'll work from their checklist rather than ours, so the clean matches exactly what they inspect against.
Do you do carpet steam cleaning?+
We can arrange it as an add-on. It's quoted separately based on the number of rooms and carpet condition. Most agents require a separate carpet cleaning receipt, which we provide.
How long does an end-of-lease clean take?+
A standard 2-bedroom apartment takes 4 to 5 hours. A 3-bedroom house is usually 5 to 7 hours. Larger properties or properties in poor condition may take longer, which we'll confirm at the quote stage.
What if the agent fails the inspection?+
If issues are raised within 24 hours of the inspection, we come back and address them at no extra charge. We compare the agent's feedback against our signed checklist and fix anything that was genuinely missed.
Do I need to be there during the clean?+
No. Most tenants hand over keys or arrange key-safe access. We lock up when we're done and send you photos of the completed clean along with the signed checklist.
Can you book around my final inspection date?+
Yes. Tell us your inspection date when you book and we will schedule the clean as close to it as possible, usually one or two days before. Cleaning too far in advance risks dust and marks accumulating before the inspection.
Is end of lease cleaning the same as bond cleaning?+
Yes. End of lease cleaning, bond cleaning, vacate cleaning, and move-out cleaning all refer to the same service in Melbourne. The scope is whatever your property manager inspects against, and our checklist covers what real estate agents typically require.
What if I lose my bond anyway?+
Bond returns depend on more than cleaning, including damage, wear, and lease conditions outside our scope. What we guarantee is that the clean meets the agreed checklist. If the agent's complaint relates to our work and is raised within 24 hours, we return at no charge.
Built for Melbourne move-outs since 2012
We have been doing end of lease cleans across Melbourne for over a decade, from inner-city apartments through Bayside houses to homes on the Mornington Peninsula. Every cleaner is directly employed and police-checked. If you have a checklist from your property manager, we work from that; if not, we clean to the standard agents typically inspect against.
If the agent flags something from our checklist within 24 hours of the inspection, we come back and fix it. That return window is the difference between hoping your bond comes back and having documentation when it doesn't.
