Are your services guaranteed and are you insured?

All of the services we offer are of the highest standards. We guarantee our services. If you are unhappy with the work performed in your home, we will re-do the job free of charge. Simply call us within 24 hours after the service to notify us. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and strive to offer an above standard, value for money service. We welcome all feedback and will work with our clients to always offer a reasonable outcome.

Yes, we have insurance for the teams that arrive at your house and insurance for the houses they service.

What if my team can’t make it or are sick?

That is not a problem. We will call and let you know, and if required we can provide a replacement cleaner, or arrange another day at your convenience..

Do you use contractors?

Absolutely not. All our team members are valued employees of our company. We believe that having employed staff promotes consistency and low turnover. All team members undergo a rigorous screening process, obtain valid police checks, and attend intensive training in our unique Quadrant Cleaning System to ensure you receive trustworthy professionals.

 

 

Do you provide the products and equipment for cleaning?

Yes, products and equipment are supplied with all of our services. We use only environmentally friendly products.

Do I need to be at my property while the cleaners are there?

No, being home at the beginning of the service is not necessary. We prefer to have keys at our office and access your property. You are more than welcome to remain at the property during the entire service, if you need to.

Do I meet my team before the first clean?

Yes, we organise for you to meet the team before they start cleaning your home. Our team will call and arrange an interview at your convenience. Once you are satisfied with your teams, you can then mutually arrange a regular day and time for our services.

Can I change my cleaner if I am not happy?

Yes, of course. We have a large and varied cleaner base. Just give us a call on 1300 941 498.

Do you have insurance cover?

Yes, including $10,000,000 public liability insurance.

Are your employees Vetted and Police checked? 

Yes all employees prior to employment must go through our screening process including National Police Check.
